KajuKatli or barfi is a diamond shaped sweet popular in India, which is in high demand round the year while the demand surges during festivals. The process of making KajuKatli is tedious and specific. To facilitate manufacturing of KajuKatli we have designed KajuKatli Making Machine. It is designed to assist you in the manufacturing process starting form preparation of ingredients, it helps you in mixing them in right proportions and making a smooth paste for barfi. The mixture is then rolled to a specific thickness, finished with edible silver foil called ‘wark’ and then cut into diamond shapes.
